Greg Steele and Peter Gascard, the directors, established Shannon Tower Pty Ltd in 1992 and together have extensive experience in the paving industry.
They have chosen Brick N Pave to be their major trading identity and under the Brick N Pave banner is a group of divisions, each tailored to suit different aspects of the paving and landscaping industry:

Formerly:
Directors, Greg Steele and Peter Gascard, managed the commercial paving contracting division of Rocla Masonry in Victoria for a period of seven years prior to starting Andlaur Paving & Construction in 1993.
In 2007, purely for branding reasons, Greg and Peter decided to cease trading under the "Andlaur Paving & Construction" name and became known as Brick N Pave Construction.
Brick N Pave Construction has become Victoria's premier installer of all types of commercial paving. Widely regarded as specialists in many aspects of paving construction, Brick N Pave have invested in the latest equipment, which combined with decades of experience, can see up to 1,000 square metres of paving laid per day, on our larger projects.
Our company employes in excess of 30 full-time staff and has a vast network of part-time and sub-contract tradesmen. We operate in full compliance with Head Contract and Union requirements and have registered E.B.A.'s with CFMEU and AWU.
With offices in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, we are able to undertake major commercial paving projects in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, including regional areas in each state.
Trading as Andlaur Paving & Construction, Brick N Pave Construction has installed over 750,000 square metres of paving since commencing operation in 1993.
Just one of the many projects undertaken was at Homebush, NSW, home of the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Notably, we were one of only two paving contractors approved to carry out paving works at this site.

Pavemaster Pty Ltd was purchased by Shannon Tower Pty Ltd in 2003. Along with Andlaur Paving & Construction, Pavemaster Pty Ltd ceased trading under this name in 2007, and became known as Brick N Pave Construction.
Pavemaster built a great reputation for providing a very high quality of workmanship while managing to keep prices at an affordable level into prestige residential projects.
Greg and Peter, also wanted to strengthen their presence in the residential market and realised this was the perfect opportunity.
One of the secrets behind the success of Pavemaster, was a method of paving developed in the 1990's called "Rigid Paving". Although this method has a higher material cost, due to its sturdy concrete base, the speed of laying pavers cuts labour costs considerably, thus keeping the overall price at a reasonable level.
Time has proven that rigid paving is by far the most cost effective and durable method of paving that exists today. Therefore, we can proudly offer a 10-year guarantee with this type of paving.

The only difference is the change of trading name, which now incorporated all aspects of the Shannon Tower Pty Ltd business under one common trading name:
